Keeping the header short today – That recent Singapore Youtubers break up drama tho.
Not gonna lie, it kept me thoroughly entertained today. Especially the guy that did the analysis of their timeline. Thank God for you bro.
Thank God for a great day at work. As long as there is work done and I don’t screw things up, I’m very much thankful for that. 🙂
Had an amazing time serving at Boys Hostel today. Games were simple and yet fun. Really bonded with the boys this time. Hopefully next week will be even more engaging and interactive!
Thank God for Felton and Daniel for planning this time round! You guys did great!
Day 2 of the 21-Days Challenge and I must say, it’s really good. For those that have missed out what is that 21-Days Challenge, read here!
In the UGP (Understand God’s Purpose) devotion, there was a reflective question with regards to chasing God’s purpose;
“Think about how proximate purpose may be contributing to God’s remote purpose in your life.”
In other words, how is the current purpose God is giving you is able to contribute to the far-off ultimate purpose in your life? Never really thought about it in detailed before. Personally, I always go “oh, whatever I’m serving for Him now will be used in the future”, but that is so vague isn’t it?
Interestingly, Duranno’s devotion actually answered it. To proclaim the good news to the poor, freedom for the prisoners, sight for the blind and victory to the oppressed!
I know it’s a bit stretched out but bear with me. Heh bear. So cute and fluffy.
Okay, look. Wherever God places us, there’s a purpose. Regardless if He has gifted you with talents, outstanding knowledge or even the power to heal, is the place where He place you in the next five years your ultimate destination to do His ultimate purpose?
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
Mark 16 : 15
It’s not where your career will bring you or how you will proceed to move on with your life, those are not the end goals. At the very end, God’s ultimate purpose for each and everyone of us to preach the gospel. It can be with your talents, your skills and through testimonies.
Honestly, it is easier said than done. I’m human too. There are always constant worries, troubles, burdens and even limitations in the real world now to stop us from preaching the good news. But hey, c’mon, Jesus never said it was easy. Mark 16:16 doesn’t go “Open your mouth and all will bow. Easy.”
Yet, for those of us who are afraid, who are tied down for certain reasons to spread the good news, I would love to take this opportunity to bless you with this:
“Christians can risk everything because we know we’ll lose nothing. There are no true risks when God is your Father.”
Pretty sure the only thing you’ll lose is some pride, and that’s nothing much of a loss! And with that, I hope that you have been blessed in one way or another from reading today’s post! 😀
Let’s not forget tomorrow is Friday! Are y’all excited for the weekends? Make sure you guys finish up all your work before moving on to the weekends alright! 😀
Stay cute, stay blessed everyone! ❤
Jeremiah 29:11-12 For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. 12‘Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you
